This design is a small roof-board meant to plug on top of the ASDBLR stamp-card.
Its original use was to use is as a debugging tool when measuring the ASDBLR stamp-card.
However, due to the problems of getting the first version of the DTMROC stamp-card to work *, this test-board (aka 'roof') was used
to read-out the ASDBLR stamp-cards in the 1997 test-beam. The 'test-output' connector was connected to a translator board which consisted of
fast ecl-comparators which fed its output signal to NIM TDCs.
*During later tests, it turned out the the DTMROC stamp-cards actually DID work, the problem was with the
initialization of the HP82000 IC-tester.
