Carina Persson is a PhD student at the Onsala Space Observatory since 2004 with a Licenciate degree in Nov 2006. Undergraduate studies were in physics and astronomy at the University of Uppsala. Her major research field is molecular astrophysics in star-forming regions, including the challenging search for  Primordial Molecules from the Dark Ages in the Early Universe.
