The H1 collaboration meeting in Lund will take place from October 1 to October 4 at the Institute of Physics. Participants should use the entrance from Sölvegatan 14 where we will have some information desk for the meeting. The first day will be dedicated to discussions within the various working groups, followed by two and a half days of plenary presentations. The conveners of the working groups should specify when they plan to have their meetings and what size of lecture room they would need. The plenary sessions will be held in lecture hall A, which can take about 100 persons. The location of the various rooms will be indicated on the map of the building.
Travel arrangements and hotel reservations have to be done by the participants themselves. Information about alternative choices is given on this web page. The location of the institute and the listed hotels can be found in the map of Lund.
There is no canteen in the institute itself but there is a student restaurant quite close. The other possibility is to visit one of the many restaurants in town. A walk downtown takes approximately 10 minutes. Some selected restaurants are marked on the map.
A conference dinner will be organised in the university building on the 3rd of October.
The conference fee of 63 Euro will cover costs for coffee in the breaks and for the conference dinner. Lunch tickets for the four days will cost 22 Euro.
Note that there is now the possibility to register for an excursion to the island Ven, with a visit to the observatory of Tycho Brahe. The registration can be done until 23 September.
