different EPROMs
old = EPROM as used at beam test 
new1 = EPROM from new batch from Brussels
new2 = EPROM from new batch from Brussels

Tests were done during three different days
and power was switched off inbetween

nocables connected to inputs, to avoid
differences due cabling differences,
the purpose was to see if any setting of the
PCA16 did not work as before.
