final mapping of RCU2 (20100326 version) was tested

Test at Lund:

FEC card 19 was checked for bad channels in second setup, none found
FEC card 43 was not used in second setup and was not checked

we saw one bad (too high pedestals) FEC, number 34, this was located as:
first setup: slot 26
second setup: slot 22

first setup = as of 20100321: 24 FECs on RCU2
second setup = as of 20100326: 18 FECs on RCU2
