Bad channels vs run number

bad channel = channel with pedestal = 0

run number ca 7199 was with gain=3 where normally
some pedestals = 0 without beeing bad.

during run numbers 17450-17500 was RCU slot 16-23 switched off
i.e. less badchannels seen.


That the values sometimes jump down is when
a FEC has get higher pedestals than normal due a "dying channel",
and then do also already bad channels get a pedestal above 0.
