normal current for PCA16 at 2.3V is roughly 0.85A

3 out of 30 have 1 or more channels.

tests done:
load/read lookup tables
inspect by eye pedestals
connect kapton cables, induce a signal
and see if the pulse is there:
 inspect plot with maximum pulse height versus channel
 look at ADC versus sample for individual events for all channels
