Test with mcm13 on padplane

Two mcm locations on pad plane:
1 with capacitors for pulsing even channels
2 without capacitors


Placements 1: Capacitors only on even channels

this supply can be used for the current testbench.
current supply will be used together with chamber.

To start with we had capacitors on odd channels as well,
but then pedestals were wrong.
Probably understood, so they were removed.
and will be resoldered in a different way.
