could not be programmed

20240628 - have a baseline slope on chip6 channel8 when pulsed

20240722 - took time to reach full current at 1.5V (a rainy humid day)
20240726 - was tested OK today when no rain (perhaps sign of same slope)

20240722: e.g. the 1.5V current (C_1.5V column) increase from 2448 to 2876mA in ca 1 minute.
20240726: no such thing 

Resistor R17 might be bad soldered(?)
