after each run:
cp chamber-fec01-debug-clk0-ped0-thr0-g0-s0-p1-1008-1.dat 20250310/.
cp chamber-fec01-debug-clk0-ped0-thr0-g0-s0-p1-1008-1.root 20250310/.

maintain a readme file in 20250310 with settings.

whenever convenient copy content in 20250310 to external storage.


turn off:
./smalltpc-close.sh

transfer to lunarc
------------------
goto  directory on laptop
/home/jum/wdir/ilcdaq/data/smalltpc/<thisdate>

login on lunarc and create directory <thisdate=YYYYMMDD>
ssh <user>@cosmos.lunarc.lu.se

transfer files:
sftp <user>@comsos.lunarc.lu.se
cd <to created directory>
put *
