The "new" SRU firmware did not work.
Is perhaps understood why, fix will be tested.

The "old" SRU firmware with modified ALTRO PC DAQ run together as follows:
("old" = limitation is a restricted number of samples, e.g. two channels 1000 samples each).

The pedestals for gain=0, shaper=0 are around 20, with a RMS of 0.9 ADC values.
Forgot to make a plot.

There seems sometimes to be several L1 triggers after each other with some microseconds inbetween to the SALTRO.
It can be seen on the scope and the SALTRO error register claims it as well.
It also sometimes set the instruction error bit in the SALTRO error register.
It also happen that the pasa settings (gain,shaping time, shutdown polarity) has been reset to default value.
There is correlation with noise on T2YES and these problems (Have only looked at T2YES)
There is correlation with noise on the power (Have only looked at the power to the PASA).
There is correlation to when the SRU hangs waiting for data from the CPLD.
Have not been able to see if the SRU hangs exactly when this happens, but there is a correlation.
The origin of the "noise" is not understood.

It can run for some hours before this happens, then it seemms to happen regularly until
one power off the protommc and wait before powering on. Though the statistical significance is not
enough to claim it to be a discovery.
