The next combined NorduGrid and Nordic LHC Physics Workshop will be held in the Lund University on November 27-29, 2003. The Workshop is dedicated to the Nordic paricipation in the LHC and the NorduGrid projects and will consist of several open sessions and a tutorial.
The programme will be composed of the submitted and invited talks. November 27 is dedicated to the NorduGrid Wokshop, while the LHC Workshop programme will take place on November 28 and 29.
All participants in the two workshops are invited to contribute with oral presentations to the programme by filling the corresponding field in the registration form.
A limited free accomodation is available at the Sparta hotel (some single and many double rooms) and Anhörighotellet (guest rooms, single), and should be booked via the registration form. Otherwise, list of hotels in Lund is available at the City of Lund site. Participants are kindly asked to contact the hotels other than Sparta and Anhörighotellet themselves. Most hotels are within the walking distance of the meeting location.
Lund is situated in the Southern Sweden, with the closest airports being Malmö Sturup and Copenhagen Kastrup ones. From Sturup, Lund is reachable by a shuttle bus or taxi, and from Kastrup – by a commuter train (taxi is an option, but a very expensive one). Participants are requested to make their own air travel reservations. Please make your reservations in good time.
