Any change in the hardware configuration or data flow properties, normally requires many changes in the software chain from raw data to physics results. In the final stage of the analysis software, new changes constantly have to be implemented according to the desired analysis and correction of the data. This chapter will give a short overview of the main software in the VSAT data analysis and the changes that have been implemented.
