THOR:Input

THOR should run totally automatic with as little interaction from the shifter as possible. There are however some things that cannot be done automatically by the computer and needs the attention of the shifter. THOR also provides possibilities to guide the program to do other tasks without stopping the program. This guidance is done by creating or altering some files in the input directory. This chapter describes how this interaction can be done, and other tasks that the shifter has to do manually.
