The VSAT offline processing of the incoming data includes many steps. So far there has been no fixed guidelines how this should be done. This report is a renewal of a previous proposal of the offline processing and includes a new software package, THOR(Total Handling of Offline Reprocessing), which handles most of the offline processing task automatically.
